Current U.S. Senator and Louisiana Gubernatorial candidate David Vitter joined Acadiana's Morning News on KPEL to detail his plans for the state. He is the latest political candidate to join Bernadette Lee and Brandon Comeaux for an in-depth discussion of issues, priorities and proposed solutions.

Vitter highlights his time in the federal government and serving the people of Louisiana as reasons for his run for Governor. Vitter faces Lieutenant Governor Jay Dardenne, Public Service Commissioner Scott Angelle and lone democratic candidate State Rep. John Bel Edwards in the election this Saturday, October 24th.

Dardenne will join the show Thursday, October 22nd. Angelle and Edwards will be on Acadiana's Morning News on Friday, October 23rd.
