The Lafayette, La. NCAA Softball Regional enters its second day of play on Saturday, with three games on the schedule.

The regional is a double-elimination format, with the finals scheduled for Sunday.

Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajun softball team, the #13-overall national seed, and the top-seed in the tournament, defeated the Weber St. Wildcats, 11-0 on Friday, while the Baylor Bears downed the Mississippi St. Bulldogs, 8-4.

On Saturday, Louisiana faces Baylor in a winners bracket match-up at 3:30.

This is a huge game, as the winner advances to Championship Sunday unbeaten, while the loser will have to play again on Saturday night.

Meanwhile, Mississippi St. faces Weber St. in an elimination games at 6 pm, with the winner facing the Louisiana/Baylor loser at 8:30 pm.

The championship game is slated for Sunday at 6 o’clock, with an if necessary game at 8:30 pm.The complete tournament bracket is below:

Friday: 8 pm—Game 2—Louisiana 11   Weber St. 0

Saturday: 3:30 pm—Game 3—Louisiana  vs. Baylor

Saturday: 6 pm—Game 4—Mississippi St.  vs.   Weber St.

Saturday: 8:30 pm—Game 5—Loser Game 3  vs. Winner Game 4

Sunday: 6 pm—Game 6—Winner Game 3  vs. Winner Game 5

Sunday: 8:30 pm—Game 7—Winner Game 6  vs. Loser Game 6  (if necessary)
