Dead Body Found In Centerville Cane Field Identified

Authorities have identified the body. Two weeks ago,  KPEL reported a farmer finding a man's dead body in a cane field on Louisiana Highway 317 in Centerville. That man has been identified as Mark James Berthelot. Berthelot was first reported missing from the Bayou Vista area just over a week before he was found dead in the field.
