I-49 Upgrades In Iberia Parish Could Run 6 Billion Dollars, Discussion Continues

The Iberia Chamber of Commerce will host another meeting about the I-49 project.

Chamber President and CEO Janet Faulk joined "Mornings With Ken and Bernie" today to talk about next Friday's "Eggs & Issues" program that will focus on the continued work to get highway 90 brought up to Interstate standards.

Faulk says the final day to register for the presentation by Louisiana Treasurer John Kennedy is today.  She says he plans to present some new revenue ideas for raising funds for the close to six billion dollar project.
