Deepwater Horizon Disaster – Transocean’s Flaws

The Coast Guard's investigation of the Deepwater Horizon oil rig explosion disaster concludes that rig owner Transocean's flaws in safety management, and overall lax on-rig safety practices contributed to the catastrophe. 11 men died when the rig exploded on April 20th of last year.
