Democratic Battle Still A Tossup

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — There's still no clear winner in the Democratic congressional primary race in North Carolina involving former "American Idol" runner-up Clay Aiken.

He and textile entrepreneur Keith Crisco have about 40 percent of the vote each, after yesterday's voting in the 2nd Congressional District.

The winner eventually will face Republican incumbent Renee Ellmers in November.
