Denham Springs Man Arrested In Porn Case
DENHAM SPRINGS, La. (AP) — Bail has been set at $10 million for a 49-year-old Denham Springs man booked on 100 counts of possessing pornography involving juveniles.
The LouisianaAttorney General's Office says Marvin Thornton was arrested Wednesday and booked into the Livingston Parish Detention Center without incident.
The attorney general's office say Thornton was on probation for a 2011 obscenity conviction at the time of his arrest. If convicted on the new counts, Thornton could face up to 20 years in prison for each count.
It was unclear whether Thornton has an attorney.
