More money will be allocated for attracting businesses to Louisiana.  The joint legislative budget committee has decided to set aside 15-million dollars for the Louisiana Department of Economic Development.  The money is to be used to help the department with their goal of getting more businesses to locate in our state.  Stephen Moret, who heads up the Department of Economic Development told the budget committee members that they money will be useful currently as Governor Jindal's administration is pursuing 13 projects for Louisiana.
