Did Obama Exercise Fiscal Restraint? Not Exactly…

Claims are coming forward that Obama is actually spending less than other Presidents since the Korean War.  But is that true?  Not so much, according to a story on theblaze.com, which ran the numbers.

He claims that he is only increasing the percentage of the budget by 1.4 percent.  However, you have to do some calisthenics with the numbers in order to come to that conclusion.

What do you think?  Is he responsible for all the spending or not?
