Did You Cross The Huey P. Long Bridge In 1935?

To celebrate the expansion of the Huey P. Long Bridge in June, state transportation officials are looking for people who crossed the span when it opened in 1935.
The Times-Picayune reports residents will be honored at the ribbon cutting ceremony June 16, marking the completion of the $1.2 billion modernization project.
