On this edition of "The Lafayette food Junkie Radio Show", Tiffiany reviewed one of the many grocery shopping applications she downloaded. Chef Paul Krato with Pour was guest co-host and the two discussed how to dry age beef and tips on cooking a perfect steak at home.

Tiffiany and Chef Paul also weighed in on a controversial Pho video posted by "Bon Appetit" and asked the question "who has the right to cook a cultures food or tell you how to eat/cook a certain food?"

Chef Dustie Latiolais with CrawfishTown USA came on to discuss this weekend's Boucherie Dinner benefiting area flood victims and featuring some of Acadiana's Top Chefs.
