Did you eat so much at Thanksgiving dinner and beyond that you feel as if you might now need a news size for your pants?  You're not alone.  Many people at KPEL reported eating way too much for the holiday.

So how do you make sure you don't gain another pants size by the end of the Christmas season heading into the New Year's Day holiday?  Sarah Romero, registered dietician at Lafayette General Medical Center, spoke with "Mornings With Ken and Bernie" to give them the message that moderation is the key.
