DOTD Announces I-210 Closures For Lake Charles

From 8:00pm Tuesday until 6:00am Wednesday the Department of Transportation and Development will be closing the right lane of I-210 Eastbound and the left lane of I-210 Westbound from the Prien Lake Bridge to Nelson Road. ( Mile Marker 3 to Mile Marker 4 ) The closure will allow crews to install temporary concrete barriers for the Cove Lane Interchange Project.

DOTD reminds you the speed limit through construction zones is 45 mph and urges you to be on the lookout for crews and equipment.
