DOTD To Have Intermittent Lane Closures This Week

A major traffic heads up for people who travel on Interstate 10 over the Atchafalaya Basin.  The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development will have intermittent closures this week.

Starting Thursday, January 16 through Saturday, January 18, intermittent lane closures will happen on Interstate 10 in both St. Martin and Iberville Parishes for DOTD to do a sweeping operation.

The alternating lane closures will happen at night between the Henderson/Cecilia exit 115 and the Ramah/Maringouin exit 135.  The work will proceed, weather permitting, between the hours of 8 p.m. to 6 a.m.
