Dr. John Sutherlin Debates Budget & Default Issues

Both President Obama and House Speaker John Boehner gave their thoughts last night to the public on what is happening with the ongoing negotiations over whether or not to raise the debt ceiling.  Dr. John Sutherlin answered plenty of questions and shared his views.

Dr. John Sutherlin, political science proffesor at U-L Monroe, joined Bernadette Lee to co-host "Mornings With Ken & Bernie" today, and he had several key positions about the ongoing debate.  The President spent time last night giving his case for raising the debt ceiling while, House Speaker John Boehner says the budget needs to be balanced.
