Dr. John Sutherlin Says The IRS Will Enforce Obamacare

Political Science Professor Dr. John Sutherlin visited 'Mornings With Ken and Bernie' today to discuss the recent Supreme Court ruling on the Affordable Healthcare law.

Sutherlin said he was fascinated by the ruling and said,

"The ruling is a victory for President Obama but it's a short-term victory because now you have to go back and say 'you know that fee that I told you was not a tax, I had my fingers crossed it really is a tax."
