Drive Safely For Halloween

The Louisiana Highway commission is urging motorists and trick-or-treaters to be safe this Halloween. Executive Director John Leblanc says there were 755 during a 100 hour span near Halloween last year. Halloween is ranked second behind Mardi Gras in the highest number of crashes that involve deaths or injuries. KPEL 96.5 is reminding everyone to be safe this Halloween.
