Durel Talks Legislative Issues & More

Today's edition of "Lafayette Live With Joey Durel" as part of "Mornings With Ken and Bernie"  featured Lafayette City Parish President Joey Durel talking about spending the day with other local leaders in Baton Rouge for an Acadiana Day at the Legislature.

Durel spoke of his frustrations, and they were echoed by callers, about how we as a community have to go to Baton Rouge to beg for tax dollars for our communities.  Durel points out these tax dollars come straight from you and me, but towns all across Louisiana have to fight for money.
