A judge has denied an early end to probation for a man arrested for trying to tamper with the phones in Senator Mary Landrieu's New Orleans office. Robert Flanagan pleaded guilty last year in May to a misdemeanor charge of entering federal property under false pretenses and was sentenced to two years of probation. Flanagan attorney had argued for early probation based on his clients good behavior.
