I love eating boudin! It's one of my favorite foods to eat here in South Louisiana (right behind boiled crawfish, of course).

Coming up on Friday, November 13, the Emeril Lagasse Foundation will host the 5th annual Boudin, Bourbon & Beer 2015. The Emeril Lagasse Foundation takes underprivileged children and teaches them skills in a kitchen. This is used as a tool to fight the national cook shortage for restaurants. More than 50 chefs will join Emeril Lagasse along with honorary co-chairs Donald Link, Stephen Stryjewski and Mario Batali.

Tickets can be purchased on Ticketmaster for $99 and include all food, beverage and entertainment. Website: www.BoudinBourbonBeer.com. Brian Kish joined host Tiffiany Decou to talk about this great event.

Tiffiany, as well as guest co-host Jolie Meaux, chatted with Bob Carriker - "The Godfather of Boudin" - about the Boudin Cook-Off happening Saturday. They talked about the boudin cut off line - where you should stop getting boudin in the state.
