EatLafayette: Blu Basil

EatLafayette is a celebration of the best restaurants the Hub City has to offer and it happens at this time every year. I have the terrible job of visiting a lot of these local favorites. Who am I kidding? Learning the stories and traditions behind some of Lafayette's best dishes makes my job the best in the world.

This week, we sat down to a never-ending lunch at Blu Basil on Johnston Street in Lafayette. This place was packed early for lunch and the food was so much fun to eat. We even got a chance to taste Blu Basil's traditional dim sum. That's one item that's coming soon to the Blu Basil menu.
