EatLafayette is underway and this week we're at Bon Temps Grill on Verot School Road. Chef Lex tells Rob Kirkpatrick that their menu revolves around what's in season. For our preview, Rob tasted the Honey Chipotle Quail Legs, Balsamic Grilled Quail, and The Napoleon with fresh crab meat and shrimp. The special menu item for EatLafayette is the Bon Temps Grill take on the classic Cuban Sandwich.
