The annual Engineering and Technology Expo Day at UL Lafayette will happen next week on Wednesday, March 26.

U-L Lafayette is inviting high school students, their parents and educators to attend the event.  University faculty, staff and industry representatives will be in attendance to help students interested in engineering and technology.

The Engineering and Technology Expo Day is being hosted by the College of Engineering along with the student chapter of the Louisiana Engineering Society.

Students and parents will be able to tour labs, classrooms, check out exhibits and take part in interactive engineering-related contests.

The event is scheduled for 8 a.m. until noon at Madison and Rougeou hall on the U-L Lafayette campus next Wednesday.

The goal of the event is to provide students with the chance to learn about what careers and programs are available to graduates.
