Entergy On Summer Heat

Louisiana saw record high temperatures over the weekend and many residents were likely pushing their air conditioners hard. Entergy of Louisiana Spokesman Manny Silver says investing in a programmable thermostate is a smart way to save on electricity during summer months. He says the good news is that no brown outs or rolling backouts are expected at this point.
