Eunice Man Busted Trying To Hire Hitman

Eunice Police say they've arrested Charles Runnels who allegedly offered to pay a hitman 10-thousand-dollars to kill two men.  The two men haven't been identified, and the hit never actually took place.  It was thwarted by the fact that the hitman Runnels hired was actually an undercover police officer.  He was arrested on two counts of solicitation for murder.
