Eunice Man Facing 98 Fraud Charges

Bruce Anthony Soileau is facing some serious fraud charges are falsifying records which caused the city of DeRidder to $50,000 for services that were never performed.

He was working as a subcontractor on a job for the city during the time of the incident and allegedly forged a large amount of documents.

The amount of documents that he foraged hasn't been released, but he is current facing 98 counts of fraud and is awaiting trial.

The company has since reimbursed the city for the charges, and it's currently seeking $17,000 it paid to Soileau for the false work he performed. He is currently free on $25,000 bail.
