A Eunice man is facing charges of cyberstalking after police say he threatened a couple through text messages.

Joseph Bozoyne was initially told last week to stop the texting or further action would be taken, Eunice Police say.

The couple, though, says they were approached by Bozoyne while shopping Sunday where he threatened them again and then continued the threats through more text messages.

Police were able to seize Boyzone's phone on which they found the texts, including one that said the couple would both be "six feet deep."

No information was provided as to the relationship between Boyzone and the couple nor what Boyzone's motive was for sending the texts.
