Jacqueline Fruge, who faces charges related to allegedly sexting a student, will be arraigned on November 14.

According to our news partners at KATC, the former teacher at Eunice High School, is scheduled to enter a plea on a felony obscenity charge, which was upgraded from the original charge, misdemeanor sexual conduct between a teacher and a student.

Fruge was arrested in December for allegedly sending the explicit text messages and photos to the student, eventually resigning her position after the pictures showed up on social media sites.
