Deep in the swamps of South Louisiana 5000 alligators are again training for the 9th Annual Great Gator Race! The race supports Southern Mutual Help Association, Inc.'s work in rural communities across Louisiana, will be held Saturday, March 3, 2012 at in Downtown New Iberia. The race day event begins 11:00 AM with the race starting at High Noon and includes plenty of good eats and fun.
