Now that Hostess Brands Incorporated has shut down all their plants across the country as they go through bankruptcy, many people in Louisiana are very worried about their futures.

Gerald Robinson says he was an early-morning shift worker who ran a sales route for Cotton's Holsum Breads in New Iberia.  He says he is worried for himself, his family and his son with asthma.

Robinson says he and other former employees of Hostess and Holsum were looking over their chocies last week after the state of Louisiana held some benefits orientation sessions put on by the Louisiana Workforce Commission.

Robinson said that he and others were learning how to keep checking on their unemployment insurance.  They were also given plenty of new information about how to improve their job-seeking skills.
