Ex-Superintendent Candidate Seeks Reconsideration

One of the original top ten candidates for Lafayette Parish Public Schools superintendent is being considered once again for the post. 

 In a special meeting yesterday, the school board placed Pat Cooper's name back into consideration, increasing the number of finalists to eleven.  The New Orleans educator had opted out when misinformed about the required starting date.
