Expect Traffic Delays On US 90

The Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development will be reducing US 90 (the SE Evangeline Thruway) to one lane in the eastbound direction from Pinhook Rd to University Ave in Lafayette Parish on Thursday, March 24, 2011, from 7:00 pm until 6:00 am.  Both the eastbound and westbound directions  of US 90 (Evangeline Thruway) in this same area will be reduced to one lane beginning Friday, March 25, 2011, at 7:00 pm through Monday, March 28, 2011, at 5:00 am.  The work being performed during this closure is related to the widening of US 90 from 4 lanes to 6 lanes.  Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes during this work and expect delays.
