Failed Drug Heist

Monday afternoon Jefferson Drug store in Lafayette was robbed.  The suspect went in with a gun demanding oxycotin, and while he tried to grab the narcotics a fight started between the suspect and three employees.  The suspect then took off in a white truck, and later the Ascension Sheriff's office stopped the truck.  Russell Giangrosso Junior of New Iberia was arrested in the case.
