Our emotions get the best of us sometimes, and that was definitely the case with an Ohio father who attacked his daughter's killer in court.

According to Fox 8 in Cleveland, Michael Madison had just been sentenced to death for killing three women and wrapping their bodies in garbage bags.

Madison was smiling and taunting the families in court and when given an opportunity to speak, Van Terry, father of Sherilda Terry, said

I guess we are supposed to find it in our hearts to forgive this clown... who has taken my child

It was at that moment that he jumped on Madison sending the courtroom into a frenzy.

Do you think Terry was wrong for what he did, or was his behavior understandable given the situation.

What would you have done in his situation?
