The FBI is reopening the investigation into Hillary Clinton's handling of sensitive emails when she was secretary of state.

In FBI Director James Comey's letter to congressional leaders, he says investigators have "learned of the existence of emails that appear to be pertinent to the investigation," which was previously closed. No charges were filed against Clinton.
