FEMA To Fix Error In Overpaying Victims

FEMA will waive debts for many hurricane victims who were mistakenly overpaid. Senator Mary Landrieu says FEMA will send letters to some 90,000 households telling them they MAY get the waiver.
Landrieu says administrative problems within FEMA resulted in the over payments. She says the waiver plan does not let those who purposely defrauded FEMA of disaster cash off the hook.
