Fiery Crash Kills 4 During Deadly Memorial Day Weekend

Four people died in a violent crash in East Feliciana Parish. Louisiana State Troopers investigated the accident late on Monday night. It was a head-on crash. All occupants of the vehicles died. They were 22-year-old Brandon Temple and 24-year-old Jakyle Hall of Norwood, LA and 19-year-old Holley Thomas and 1-year-old Hazel Temple of Denham Springs, LA.

Troopers say the accident happened when Temple tried to pass another car,hitting a Mitsubishi Outlander head on. They were driving in a no passing zone while approaching a hill. Both vehicles became fully engulfed in flames.

Over the Memorial Day weekend, Troopers have investigated 10 fatal crashes resulting in the deaths of 15 people.
