The Iberia Parish Sheriff's office continues their investigation after a fight at a store lead to a more serious altercation.  They were called out to 421 Fontelieu Drive at the Pantry Food Mart last night.  Iberia Parish detectives arrested two juveniles along with two adult males after one person was stabbed.

Police say that last night at around 7:54 p.m. where they say they found out that two groups of males became engaged in a violent fight with one 18-year-old getting stabbed in the chest with a knife.  Two juveniles arrested were 14 and 16-years-0ld, and police also arrested 18-year-old Tron Davis and 18-year-old Eddie Jones.  They were charged with simple battery.
Detectives investigating at the scene say that the 14-year-old was the person responsible for the stabbing and he was taken to the St. James Detention Center.  He has been charged with aggravated second degree battery.  The 16-year-old was charged with disturbing the peace by fighting and released to the custody of his parents.  The 18 year old male victim was not charged. He is in stable condition and is being treated at a local hospital.
