KIEV, Ukraine (AP) — Fighting has flared up in eastern Ukraine between pro-Russian rebels and government forces, despite a cease-fire agreement. Despite the truce imposed last week, continuous rocket fire could be heard overnight in Donetsk.

Meanwhile, Moscow has sent a second convoy of trucks into Ukraine without Kiev's consent. Russian reports say it was loaded with humanitarian aid.

A similar convoy in August was loudly condemned by Ukrainian officials as an invasion, but this time around they simply called the move "illegal."
