Final Charter Public Hearing Attorney General Opinion [Audio]

KPEL news has learned a single proposition with an up or down vote is expected to be approved tonight by the Charter Commission.  Commission member Bruce Conque says that Proposition calls for separate city-parish charters. 

The vote is expected to be very tight.  KPEL news has also learned Attorney General Buddy Caldwell is expected to give an opinion on whether Lafayette can have a multiple choice ballot.  He is also expected to give the commission other legal opinions.
