Financial Scandal Out Of Iberia Parish

The Parish President Errol Romo Romero is questioning a series of payments made to the District Attorney's Office that were allegedly paying for health insurance.

In a letter(pictured left) sent by Romero to the D-A's office, he claims that no parish council resolution or intergovernmental agreement was ever made for the payments. Romero is also requesting a return of the fund paid over the past four years, a total of over 302,000 dollars.
