The video highlights not just festivals and entertainment from the 70s, but it also shows us what life was like. Cajuns have always been the ones to come together and celebrate good times with each other.

While watching this video I noticed one HUGE thing. People then seemed to really enjoy life. There was no rush to be some where and people valued family/company.

Isn't it refreshing to see people enjoying themselves back then and not buried in a cellphone? This is what life was like for many of our parents and grandparents.

Sure, many may not have been as informed as we are today, but they were much more relaxed.

Sometimes I wish we could just hit the rewind button and return to when life was a bit easier. And enjoyable.
