Former Congressman Changes Mind, Wants To Be Education Superintendent

A former Republican congressman who said he was running for the attorney general's seat this fall, is now pitching himself to be Louisiana's next education superintendent.

An AP report says former U.S. Representative "Joseph" Cao  of New Orleans has talked to at least one member of the Board of Elementary and Secondary Education directly about the job and has spoken about the position with Gov. Bobby Jindal.
