WPEC-CBS 12 reports, Cassidy was peering into the bedroom of a Florida teenager and "pleasuring himself" when the girl's father caught him. Her Dad, former Lions & Titans cornerback Tony Beckham, spotted him. As you can imagine, catching the guy wasn't a big challenge for Beckham. Cassidy was booked for Lewd & Lascivious conduct. He had a black eye when law enforcement arrived on the scene.
