Former Louisiana Congressman Backing Newt

Former Louisiana Congressman and House Appropriations Chairman Bob Livingston says he is supporting Newt Gingrich.
Livingston, now a consultant, resigned from Congress years ago, but says he has stuck with the political scene through his career. Livingston says he is voting for Gingrich because he, as speaker, was pro-active in getting a balanced budget, reforming welfare, and getting rid of spending that was frivolous.
Livingston says he is very concerned about the future of our country, reminding listeners of “Mornings With Ken and Bernie” of the words of Benjamin Franklin saying we (our forefathers) gave America a republic, but we must work to keep it.
Livingston goes on to explain in the interview that really he will vote for anyone but Obama:
