Former Senator John Breaux Stumps For Landrieu

Former Louisiana Senator John Breaux will be stumping for U.S. Senator Mary Landrieu in the state today.

Breaux will be meeting with farmers in Southwest Louisiana today at a rice farm in Iowa.

At the Iowa event, Breaux will talk about how Landrieu has a proven track record for the rice and agriculture industry in Louisiana.

Breaux sights Landrieu's work of getting Iraq to promise the United States that they would purchase $75 million of American rice.

In the afternoon, the former senator joins current Senator Landrieu at the her Louisiana First Tour in Baton Rouge.
