Four People Arrested For Allegedly Stealing From A Sorrell Home

Two men from Abbeville along with two men from Four Corners were arrested Thursday morning for allegedly stealing from a home in Sorrell.

A deputy patrolling in that area saw a car that failed to stop at a stop sign on Highway 182 at Desonnier Road.

While talking to the four people in the car, the deputy says he saw several items that had been reported that morning as stolen.

Three people were detained, while deputies say 24-year-old Terrance Felix Jr. ran away into a nearby wooded area.  He was later caught.

The following are the people arrested and the charges against them:

• Terrance Felix Jr., 24, 809 E. Lafayette Street, Abbeville, LA was arrested on May 28, 2015 at 7:00 am for illegal possession of stolen things, resisting an officer, and possession of marijuana 2^nd offense.
• Dwayne P. Robertson, 22, 258 Jones Road #1, Four Corners, LA was arrested on May 28, 2051 at 7:00 am for illegal possession of stolen things.
• Rahem D. Robertson, 21, 258 Jones Road #1, Four Corners, LA was arrested on May 28, 2015 at 7:00 am for illegal possession of stolen things.
• John M. Savoy, Jr. 18, 1213 Clover Street, Abbeville, LA was arrested on May 28, 2015 at 7:00 am for illegal possession of stolen things.
