Four people have been arrested in connection with a string of ATV thefts in St. Martin Parish, but there's still one more suspect on the loose.

Major Ginny Higgins with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office says police believe 27-year-old Kacey Nadie, 17-year-old Sadarian Potier and 18-year-old Coty Champagne, all from Breaux Bridge, as well as one juvenile from Cecilia are responsible for these thefts which happened during the months of September and October in the Parks/Cecilia area. Major Higgins says detectives learned that the suspects had plans to steal more ATV's and dirt bikes in St. Martin Parish.

Detectives with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office are asking that owners of ATVs and Dirt Bikes please record their VIN numbers and keep them in a secure location. In the unfortunate event of a theft, this will assist law enforcement officials in identifying the stolen property. All of the bikes recovered during this investigation have been returned to their owners.

There is also a warrant out for 18-year-old Leonard Rogers of Breaux Bridge for his alleged involvement with the thefts. If you know his whereabouts, you're asked to call the St. Martin Parish Sheriff's Office at (337) 394-3071.
