has been following a story about a soldier from the Long Island area who died in combat.  This year, as Todd Starnes reports, his fellow soldiers, decided to reunite to celebrate the soldier's life. 

The utility company, based on state law, wanted to charge the group who raised money to raise and post the flags, five dollars for every electricity poll they put a flag on.
