Franklin Man Arrested For Attempted Indecent Behavior With A Juvenile

St. Mary Parish law enforcement officials report that 56-year-old Jules Anderson Sr. was arrested Thursday morning for attempted indecent behavior with a juvenile.

The arrest stems from an investigation that started on May 15 after a deputy came upon two people in a car in a cane field.

The investigator says Anderson convinced the 16-year-old male juvenile to go with him to the field to engage in sex acts.

Anderson was released after posting a $15,000 bond.
